How will I receive my plugin after purchase?
All software is delivered digitally. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email containing your unique license key and a download link for the installer.
Are these plugins compatible with my DAW?
Our plugins are available in VST, AU, and AAX formats, making them compatible with major digital audio workstations including Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, and Cubase.
What is your return policy for digital software?
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued. We highly recommend downloading the trial version before making a final purchase.
Can I use my license on more than one computer?
Yes, most of our licenses allow for up to two simultaneous activations for personal use, such as on a studio desktop and a mobile laptop.
Do I need an iLok account for authorization?
Requirements vary by developer. While some plugins require a physical iLok dongle or iLok Cloud, others use simple serial key activation. Please check the 'System Requirements' section on the product page.
Will I receive free updates for my plugins?
Minor updates and bug fixes are provided free of charge. Major version upgrades (e.g., v1 to v2) may be offered at a discounted loyalty rate for existing users.
